Contaminated Lakes
Unlike chemical contamination, microbial contamination is not diluted with the effect of incoming clean water inflows, nor through rain, and lakes contaminated with microbiological contaminations, do not simply “clean & decontaminate” themselves with time.
The use of a powerful disinfectant is a must.
5 to 10 mg/l (mg/litre) of disinfectant Active Material in the lake / lagoon, enough to disinfect and render water safe(1) for irrigation and agricultural use.
